Panorama unveils new brand, reflecting its forward-thinking leadership in the corporate market

Today, we’re thrilled to unveil a new fresh and modern look that mirrors our values, positioning, and growth as a company.

Why we rebranded

The idea for Panorama was born out of a need to improve board effectiveness and value creation. After many years of serving on boards, founder Roxanne Lessard, recognized the necessity for better tools to streamline processes through automation, ultimately empowering boards of directors to make smarter, more efficient decisions.

With our solution evolving rapidly, it was time for our visual identity to reflect the same approach. In keeping with our commitment to continuous innovation and improvement, our rebranding showcases a fresh, forward-thinking vision for the future. It reflects not only our cutting-edge technology but also our direction toward a solid, secure, and user-friendly platform, designed to serve boards of directors with simplicity and professionalism.

Looking back: a farewell to our old identity

Our previous branding served us well during our early days, helping us establish Panorama as a forward-thinking, innovative company. However, as we’ve grown and expanded, our brand needed to evolve to better reflect our ambition and the larger corporate audience we now serve. While we say goodbye to the old, we honor the role it played in getting us here.

Our new look

The new look mirrors our ambition to stand out as a forward-thinking, innovative company. The teal and blue tones we’ve chosen embody trust and security, but with shades that break away from the mundane corporate palette. These colors reflect our approach to governance—serious and professional, but also innovative and dynamic. It is who we are: a bold, effective, and rapidly evolving company ready to push boundaries.

Our hummingbird logo was selected not only because it's the only bird that can fly backwards, symbolizing the ability to step back and see the bigger picture, but also for its remarkable memory. Just as effective boards must assess, strategize, and pivot with insight and precision, they must also retain and apply critical knowledge over time. The hummingbird's unique qualities align perfectly with our vision for board governance: a balance of agility, foresight, and a strong foundation of accumulated expertise.  Its new design, which has been sharpened to evoke precision, captures this idea perfectly—focused, nimble, and ready for any challenge.

The journey behind the rebranding

Just like every great idea, our journey to a new visual identity wasn’t instant—it was a deliberate process. Our goal was to create a design that felt as cutting-edge as the technology we develop while reflecting the core values Panorama has always held.

To bring our vision to life, we worked with a talented graphic designer who helped us refine every aspect of our new brand. Together, we explored various iterations of colors and shapes to arrive at a look that reflects our values. Every element of our branding, from the symbolic hummingbird logo to the meticulously selected color palette, was crafted to strike a perfect balance—modern and inviting, while remaining professional and boldly innovative. The result is a visual identity that blends performance, trust, and innovation, showcasing Panorama’s evolution as a leader in board governance solutions.
