The idea for Panorama was born in Roxanne Lessard's mind after several years of involvement with various boards of directors. The stress and anxiety generated by disorganized processes and hard-to-find information prompted her to ask how directors could better fulfill their responsibilities and create value.

Aware that these challenges were shared by many other board directors, Roxanne decided to take action. After consulting over a hundred organizations, she and her team identified an urgent need for tools to improve board governance.

This gave rise to the idea of creating software that would centralize all the necessary information, automate best practices and considerably reduce the workload of governance professionals.

In early 2023, after several months of development and problem validation, Panorama was launched. The software, designed to facilitate meeting management and documentation, while supporting informed decision-making, responds perfectly to the challenges identified by Roxanne and the many organizations with which Panorama has collaborated.

Thanks to its innovation, Panorama quickly attracted attention, becoming one of Québec Tech's 20 Révélations 2024, winning the prestigious Impact award from the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, standing out in the top 4% of startups attending Web Summit in Lisbon, and winning several other awards.

Today, Panorama continues to grow. In its very first year, the company gained the trust of several hundreds of satisfied users.
