This policy describes how Panorama Solutions Inc. (“we” or “us”) collects, processes, uses and shares personal information and personal data about users of the Panorama platform (the “Platform”).

In order to enable you to use the Platform and the services offered through the Platform, we need to collect and process personal data about you. Processing is mainly based on the following principles:
- We need to process certain personal data in order to be able to provide you with services and enable you to use the Platform.

- We may process certain personal data because you have specifically consented to the processing. You can always withdraw your consent and we will then cease processing your personal data based on your consent.
The data we collect
Information you provide
We collect information that you communicate to us (for example by filling in a form) through the Platform interface or otherwise. This information may include :
- Your first and last name;
- Your e-mail address;
- Content you upload to the Platform, for example if you like an offer or leave a comment about a member or an offer on the Platform;
Automatically collected data
We collect certain information automatically during your use of the Platform. This information is recorded each time you interact with the Platform. The data collected combines certain information specific to your browser or mobile device and data about your interaction with the Platform, including:
- The operating system and identification number of your mobile device;
- The make and model of your mobile device;
- The version of the Platform you are using;
- The language of your mobile device;
- The IP address from which your mobile device accesses the Platform;
- The country, state, city and zip code where your mobile device is located;
- The screens consulted, the actions taken, the number of connections to the Platform, the date of connections to the Platform, the actions started and completed, the offers used.
Data from analysis tools
When you access the Platform, we collect certain data from analysis tools such as Google Analytics. This data may include, for example, gender, age and interests. This data is not associated with you personally and is transmitted to us in aggregate form.
Data from social networks
We collect information transmitted by social networking sites or applications (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.) when you interact with profiles we hold on these social networking sites or applications. These sites or applications are also governed by their own policies relating to your personal data, which may differ from ours and may be applicable.
Location data
When your device's geolocation feature is enabled and you have authorized the Platform to access it, we collect data about your precise geographic location. By allowing the Platform to access the geolocation functions of your mobile device, you consent to our collection and use of your location data as set out in this policy. You can use the Platform even if you have not authorized it to access the geolocation functions of your mobile device, but certain functionalities are then deactivated.
Data relating to your geographical position is recorded each time you interact with the Platform. This data may make it possible to deduce other data about you, such as the points of interest you have visited and the actions you have completed.
How is your data used?
We use the personal data collected through the Platform for the purposes described below.
Communication with you
We use the personal data you have provided to us (e.g. your name, cell phone number and e-mail address) to communicate with you by e-mail or SMS about your use of the Platform, but only if you have provided us with this data and if you agree to receive communications from us. We comply with all applicable regulations regarding unsolicited electronic communications. If you no longer wish to receive electronic communications from us, you may notify us at any time by writing to us at support@usepanorama.com.
If you have agreed to receive push notifications from the Platform, we use certain personal data to determine when we send you a push notification and the content of that notification. For example, you may receive a notification because you have completed an action. You can withdraw your consent to this processing of your personal data by deactivating push notifications for the Platform.
Personalization of our services and the Platform
If you have given your consent for the Platform to access the geographical location of your mobile device, we use data about your geographical location to offer you content and routes that correspond to that location or to your interests.
Providing information to our partners
We provide companies with whom you interact using the Platform with your contact information (which may include your name and email address) as well as information about these interactions and your general use of the Platform, which may include information such as the number of offers used or the number and type of actions started or completed.
We use the data collected through the Platform, in an aggregated form that does not associate data with a specific person or mobile device, to provide information to our business partners. We share Platform usage statistics with our partners that are segmented using certain personal characteristics, without these characteristics being associated with any particular individual.
Platform maintenance
We use data collected through the Platform and data from analysis tools to monitor user use of the Platform generally, to prevent misuse of the Platform, to identify problems or bugs in the Platform and to determine which features need to be improved.
How is your data stored?
We keep the personal data collected until you ask us to destroy it, or until our activities no longer require us to keep it. However, we make no commitment to keep the personal data we collect for a specific period of time.
Personal data collected is stored electronically on remotely accessible servers located in Canada. These servers are operated by our service provider, Amazon, which has given us a written undertaking to treat your personal data as confidential.
How your personal data is protected
Your personal data is hosted by our service provider, Amazon, which undertakes to use industry-standard security measures to preserve data integrity and confidentiality.
Our employees and suppliers are informed of the confidential nature of the personal data collected through the Platform and are made aware of the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
Who do we share your data with?
We will only share your personal data in the ways described in this policy and where we have your consent. Your personal data may be shared with the categories of people described below for the purposes mentioned.
Employees
The personal data we collect is accessible only to our managers and employees who must have access to it in order to use it in accordance with this policy.
Service providers
We share certain personal data with service providers who enable us to offer our services more efficiently. These suppliers undertake in writing to maintain the confidentiality of the data and not to use it for any purpose other than to provide services to us.

This data includes statistics about our users, their Platform usage habits, the most popular offers and actions, and the effectiveness of electronic communications.
Where you have given your consent, we may share personal data about you with our business partners in order to offer you products and services directly, based on your interactions with members through the Platform.

We may also disclose personal data collected to third parties if expressly permitted or required to do so by law, or if we are compelled to do so by a competent authority. We may disclose personal data in connection with legal proceedings if this is necessary to protect our rights or those of our users.
Transfer of ownership
In the event that the sale or restructuring of all or part of our company is contemplated, we may transmit the personal data collected to the persons or organizations involved before and after the transaction, whether or not the transaction goes through. Sharing content
The Platform may include features that allow you to share certain content via social networking platforms. If you share content that includes personal data, this information becomes publicly accessible depending on the settings you have selected for sharing.
Your rights regarding your personal data
Access to your data?
You can access certain personal data that you have provided to us personally by accessing your account via the Platform. If you would like to access the personal data we hold about you, or if you would like us to amend certain personal data we hold about you that is incorrect, you can send us a written request to the following address: suppport@usepanorama.com.
We will respond to your request promptly (within 30 days of receipt), giving you access to the personal data we hold about you. Where required by law, we will provide you with your data in a machine-readable format.
Withdrawal of consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data beyond what is permitted by the Platform, please notify us by writing to suppport@usepanorama.com. It is not possible to prevent any processing of your personal data and continue to use the Platform. The only way to stop the processing of your personal data is to stop using the Platform.
Deletion
You may request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, please write to us at suppport@usepanorama.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible (but no later than 30 days after receipt). If you continue to use the Platform, we will collect certain data about you again.
Verifications
We reserve the right to verify the identity of persons wishing to access their personal data. Any information collected for this purpose will not be used for any other purpose.
Policy changes
We may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our personal data management practices. In the event that a change is made, the new policy will be available on our website at www.usepanorama.com.
We will notify you of any material changes to our privacy policy by e-mail within a reasonable time of the new policy coming into effect. All notices will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
