Montreal, July 15, 2024 – Panorama, the Montreal-based startup that is revolutionizing board governance, has been awarded the prestigious IMPACT 2024 prize by the Fonds de solidarité FTQ at Startupfest on Friday, July 12, 2024. This award, accompanied by a $25,000 grant, recognizes startups that combine innovation with social impact, aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
Under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Roxanne Lessard, Panorama strives to democratize access to boards, with a strong focus on inclusivity and diversity. “We still have a long way to go to bring more diversity to our boards. That’s why Panorama places this issue at the core of its mission,” says Roxanne Lessard. This award is a testament to Panorama’s commitment to promoting the creation of more accessible and representative boards.
Panorama stood out among 133 startups, all dedicated to making a positive impact. The candidates who presented their innovations before a panel of experts from the Fonds de solidarité FTQ are now integrated into the pipeline of the Fonds' partner funds, including Accelia Capital, AmorChem, AQC Capital, i4 Capital, and Theodorus Investment Funds.
